PostgreSQL extension (on PGXN): jev(rows, 'plain-language condition') filters, ranks, and classifies table rows. The clever part — it batches 20 rows into one shared-state request with a noul each, amortizing Jev's request overhead ~2.5×, with read-ahead and per-row answer caching.
